Cottage 3 (sleeps up to 6):...............................$500.00 per week + tax

three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with two twin beds)

kitchen includes (stove and refrigerator)

bathroom consists of sink and toilet (showers must be taken at the coin operated shower rooms)

screened in porch

backyard includes picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill.

Cottage 2 (sleeps up to 4):................................$350.00 per week + tax

one bedroom with divider between two double beds
combination kitchen & dining room (includes stove and refrigerator)
sitting area consists of a couch & chair
bathroom consists of sink and toilet (showers must be taken at coin operated shower room)
back yard includes picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill.

Cottage 1 (sleeps up to 2):...............................$300.00 per week + tax

one bedroom with double bed
combination kitchen & dining room (includes stove and refrigerator)
sitting area consists of a couch
bathroom consists of sink and toilet (showers must be taken at coin operated shower room)
back yard includes picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill.

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with remainder due three weeks prior to arrival

No personal checks are accepted

Minimum rental is 1 week. Cottages rented from Friday to Friday.

Refund only if cottage can be re-rented for that time period

No pets, tents or boat launching with cottage rentals.

There is a $50.00 ($75.00 for large cottage) cleaning deposit which is required on date of arrival to be paid in cash. A walk-through is made with you upon arrival and departure. A checklist will be signed along with your approval signature. Upon departure, the $50.00 ($75.00) will be returned to you in cash once the office has approved the checklist.

Check in time: After 3:00 pm; Check out time: Before 10:00 am.

Security gates are in operation at all times; therefore, a gate card is required. Once again, a deposit is required of $10.00 per card which is returned to you upon your departure, assuming the gate card is returned in usable condition. This is also done upon arrival and in cash. A list of items included in the cottage will be sent at time of deposit receipt.

Guest Fees:
Daytime (9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) $5.00 per adult, $1.00 per child
Overnight (7:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.) $9.00 per adult, $3.00 per child
