- 3 night minimum non-waterfront in July and August.
- 1 week minimum on waterfront in July and August.

- Guest fees are double on holidays.
- Guest are not allowed to put up their own tents.
- Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Reservations cannot be changed upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A 2 week notice is required for refunds. The exception is reservations
made 1 year in advance require a 1 month notice. No refunds due to
weather or early departure.
