RULES & REGULATIONS FOR COURTESY AND SAFETY

Camping as it should be!
1) Housekeeping: Please help us keep the campground clean. Place garbage in our containers. Please don't litter or put trash, litter, or garbage in the fireplaces. It attracts flies and rodents. Keep your campsite neat and presentable. Clothes lines are dangerous and are not permitted.
2) Pets: They are welcome as long as they don't disturb other campers. Please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after it. Pets are not allowed in the beach area, in the water at the beach, or on the playground. They must have a current rabies shot. Dogs are not to be left alone at a site. No more than one dog to a site. No guest pets permitted, and please our playground is for children, not for dogs. Dogs are to walked by adults only.
3) Quiet Hours: This is a family campground. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. . Please no horses, loud motor cycles, ATV's, loud radios, loud stereos or loud music. FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED . Campsites cannot be sublet. Check in is 1 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
4) AUTOMOBILES: TWO AUTOMOBILES PER CAMPSITE ONLY. Parking is available for additional vehicles and boat trailers out of the camping area. Car washing or repair is not permitted in the campground area. Speed limit on the campground road is 10 MPH.
5) Hookups: All sites have electric hookups for at least 20 amps, many sites also have 30 and 50 amps. Outside refrigerators and light strings are not permitted. If your equipment requires more amperage, please advise us.
6) Children: We all love our children and want them to be safe. Parents must supervise them and accompany them at the beach and the playground. Do not leave your children alone unsupervised at the Campground. The restrooms are not bath houses; please do not change bathing suits there. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bare feet make MUD in the restrooms. Please wear sandals or shoes in the rest room.
7) Waste Water: The environmental regulations of the State of New Hampshire do not permit discharge of waste water on the ground from camping vehicles. You can be fined for violation. Except for tent sites and the Island site, all sites have a sewer connection. There is a dumping station adjacent to the rest rooms.
8) Swimming and Boating: Please observe safe boating practices. Get a copy of the NH rules at the office. Boat launching restricted to registered campers. No guest power boats will be launched, landed, docked or grounded in the Campground. Boats must be registered and operated in accordance with the NH State law. You use the beach and swimming area at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!! Beach hours are from 9 a.m. to sundown. No unsupervised children on the beach, in the swimming area or at the playground. We assume no responsibility for accidents on the beach or in the water and please no soap in the lake.
9) Campfires: Please keep your camp fires small, and in the fireplaces. Extinguish your fire before leaving or retiring. NO BONFIRES PERMITTED. Campfires become bonfires when the flames are over 20 inches high. It is against the law to move fireplaces. Please do not cut trees or other vegetation. Do not cover your wood with flammable tarps.
10) Beverages: Canned drinks, bottles, or glasses are not allowed on the beach or in the water. Please refrain from over indulgence in alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on your campsite only.
11) Visitors: They should be registered in advance. There is a visitor charge: Daytime $5 per adult per day, $2 per child under 16; Overnight $7 per adult, $3 per child over 3. Seniors(62 or over) and children 3 or under are free. NH law requires that all visitors register. Except for overnight visitors, others will leave the campground by 9:00 p.m. On three day holiday weekends the guest limit is 4 per site.
12) Playground: The playground is designed for young children 8 or under. No teenagers or adults please. All children must be supervised by an adult. The playground and beach close at sunset.
We reserve the right to evict any camper or visitor who abuses or violates these rules or who unreasonably disturbs or disrupts the peace and quiet of the campground or other campers.
Pet Policy
Guidelines for Dogs and Other Pets
1. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. This includes picking up after them and any damage they may cause. Waste must be bagged and disposed of in outside trash cans.
2. A copy of a current vaccination record to be shown upon registration.
3. One pet allowed per site or cottage.
4. Leashes must be strong enough to hold and keep the pet within the perimeter of the site.
5. All pets must be walked on a leash by an adult that is strong enough to handle the pet. Children should not walk the pet.
6. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
7. We ask that all day visitors leave pets at home.
8. Any pet that creates a nuisance, is not kept on it's site or shows aggressive behavior of any type will be asked to leave the premises.
9. Well behaved pets are an enjoyable member of the family and are welcome, but they are not allowed in the bathrooms or laundry room.
