Sun River Campground

Campground Rules

To make you stay more enjoyable at Sun river, we have created the following rules to help assure quiet & clean surroundings.
All visitors are welcome but must leave by 9:00PM or register for the night and pay the appropriate site fee. Quiet hours - 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times & should never be left alone. Dogs must not be allowed to bark & never allowed on the beach or in the water. Owners must clean up after their pet.
Campfires & cooking fires are permitted in the fireplaces provided and cannot be moved. Fire locations are strictly regulated by the NH Fire Marshall.
Firearms, airguns, power saws and fireworks are illegal & not permitted.
Fishing is allowed anywhere along the river except on the beach areas & directly in front of campsites. NH license required.
We have a large play area for children. All young children must be accompanied by an adult.
All children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the wash house facilities. Do not wash dishes & utensils in the wash house. Hot water may be taken back to your camp site.
Bicycles must not be ridden after dusk, Minibikes & ATVs are prohibited.
The consumption of alcohol shall be done in a responsible manner. Drunkenness, use of illegal drugs, & disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Swimming is at the camper's own risk. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.
